• Provide a current affiliate button image
  
• A link to the site, Use Site Name Here Please
  
• A correct code for the button. We don't need a broken code.
  
• If applying for a sister site please use the form provided in the sister sub board.
  
• Place in your thread where you would like to see your button though know this not EVERYONE can be in Static.
