So we all agreed to have a semi-realistic elemental site. That means that I've cooked up a couple of really interesting ideas twisted about my mind, with plenty of help from Night as well ^^.
So we have the idea from Cinders, basically there will be two packs. But they will NOT be separated because of their element. The general population will be just normal wolves, going about their business. However I have conjured an idea as I do that depending on where your wolf lives will be ideally what element you get. Now this will be...confusing I suppose so if you have any questions feel free to ask.

But... typically fire wolves live among more wide open spaces so that they might obtain more sun. They have to maintain hotter body temperatures to stay a live and are most active in the day. Because of their constant sunbathing their skin is rather rough and thick as well as hot to the touch, it can leave burns. Yet the downfall of the fire wolves is that they must constantly be under the heat of the sun or they will perish.
Wind wolves live in wide open spaces and have hollow almost sparrow like bones. This can cause constant fractures and mutations within the bones while they heal. However the wind creatures have an unmatched advantage above all of the other elemental infused wolves. They possess that of flight, they have wings that adorn their back which lift off the ground from swift gusts of wind that get whipped around open areas much like a meadow or a desert. However because their so light and they can't control the actual wind it can cause disastrous flying accidents or lifting off of the ground if the wind is too vicious. They are also the weakest in terms of brute physical prowess for fighting being only able to dodge and do quick jabs.
Water wolves need to live quite obviously, where there is water. They die if they become dehydrated. However if they constantly keep themselves hydrated or even cooled down with water dripping from their pelts they can flourish. They in turn get webbed feet which propels them through the water at a rapid pace. They also have a strategic advantage over other wolves in terms of hunting. They have the ability to dive beneath the water and maintain their lung capacity so they can hunt down there for perhaps even hours at a time if they're trained well enough.
Earth wolves live where there is a lot of soil and large rocks to climb and explore. They have extensively sharp claws used for digging tunnels and dens alike. The earth wolves enjoy the sensation of clotted earth on their pelts. They however, when not underground move exceptionally slow and are very sluggish. But they hit like trucks, yet their heavy bones and construct cause problems often in moving perhaps even hip ruptures in some extreme cases. They must be very cautious for they do not have quick reflexes and thus during a time of a sticky situation often find themselves buried rather than avoiding what's coming. They are also terrible at hunting because of their slow performance and often have to be exceptionally tricky when hunting trying to outfox prey rather than chase it down. Their lungs are also probably the weakest out of all of the wolves and thus they can not run long periods of time.

So over all depending on the elements they live in a specific area, hence why air and fire are grouped together since they both need open spaces to flourish and water and earth live in healthier but more condensed areas. However, this doesn't always have to be the case. Wolves with their specific element attributes can be born or live in other places as well, but the majority are found within the construct of their necessary land.
